Install Mobile App on Android

Install the Accruent Field mobile app on an Android device and create your account to start completing tasks and working in the field.

Activate your account for the first time

1. Open the invitation email with the subject You are invited to join Accruent Field.
2. Identify your Organization Name in the email. Save this value.
3. Select Get it on Google Play, then select Install.
4. Return to the email, then select Unlock App to open the app.

Grant app permissions

1. Select Give Permissions when prompted.
2. For location access, select Precise and While using the app.

Allow additional permissions

1. When prompted for notifications, select Allow.
2. When prompted for camera access, select While using the app.
3. When prompted for photos or media access, select Allow.

Create your password

1. Enter and confirm your password, then select Confirm & Continue.
2. Accept the terms, then select Continue.

Reinstall the app on the same device

If you reinstall the app on the same device, the device remains linked to your account.

1. Install the Accruent Field mobile app.
2. Open the app, then select Give Permissions.
3. Enter your Organization Name, email, and password.
4. Select Login.
